Your mediated Property agreement is not legally binding, however it can be made legally enforceable by registering it as a Consent Order in the Family Court WA. We can assist you complete the Form 11 Consent application and other necessary paperwork, as a cost effective option, or you may wish to obtain the assistance of a solicitor.
